Elferri®-XT +NEU Tablets
- Take 1 tablet once daily, or as directed by your healthcare provider.
- Swallow with a glass of water.
- Can be taken with or without food. If you have a sensitive stomach, taking it after a meal may feel more comfortable.
Elferri® NEU Suspension Syrup
- Shake the bottle well before each use.
- Suggested use: 1 teaspoon (5 mL) daily, or as advised by your healthcare professional.
- Can be taken directly or mixed with a small amount of water or juice if preferred.
Helpful Tips for Better Results
- Take it consistently: Iron works best when taken regularly. Try taking it at the same time each day.
- Avoid taking iron with tea or coffee: Caffeine can reduce iron absorption. Leave at least a 1-2 hour gap if possible.
- Vitamin C helps absorption: A glass of water is fine, but taking your dose with a Vitamin C–rich drink (like orange juice) may support better absorption.
- Be patient with results: Iron support typically works gradually. Consistency is key.
