Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Femarelle, we take great care to ensure your dietary supplements are packed and delivered safely and on time. Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully to understand how and when your order will reach you.
Order Processing & Dispatch
All confirmed orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders are dispatched only after successful payment confirmation.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking details of your shipment.
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment facility in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time within India: 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
Shipping timelines may vary based on your delivery location, courier partner logistics, and unforeseen delays (such as public holidays, natural disruptions, or courier issues).
Delivery time starts from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.
Shipping Charges
For deliveries within India: We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
For international deliveries: Shipping charges are additional and calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Taxes & Duties
For orders within India, all taxes and duties are already included in the price mentioned on our website.
For international deliveries, local customs duties, import taxes, and additional charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country. These charges vary as per local regulations.
Made-to-Order Products
Certain products may be made to order and therefore require additional production time. Such items are dispatched within 15 days from the order date. The delivery period will start from the date of dispatch.
Delays & Exceptions
While we use only reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery, delays can occur due to reasons beyond our control including courier network issues, remote locations, customs clearance, or unforeseen weather conditions.
If such delays occur, we will keep you informed via email or phone.
Order Cancellations & Unavailability
In rare cases, due to inventory shortages, quality control issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, we may be unable to fulfill your order.
In such cases, you will be offered:
An alternate product, store credits, or
A full refund for the unavailable item(s).
Damaged or Wrong Deliveries
If your package arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@femarelle.in with photos of the damaged product and shipping label.
Once verified, we will issue store credits equivalent to the product value and any shipping fees paid, or send a replacement at no extra cost.
Important Note
Since dietary supplements are health-related consumables, we ensure strict hygiene and quality standards. Once opened, tampered, or used, products cannot be returned or exchanged due to safety reasons. Please check your items carefully upon delivery.
