We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

The product seal must be intact to maintain product safety and hygiene standards.

You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@femarelle.in. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping instructions and address. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Packaging Issues

We take utmost care in packaging your supplements to prevent damage during transit. However, if you receive a product that is leaking, broken, incorrectly packed, or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@femarelle.in with clear photos or videos of the damaged package and the shipping label.

If the fault is verified to be ours (for example, product damage during packaging, shipping error, or wrong item sent), we will:

Accept the return of the damaged or incorrect item, and

Issue store credits equivalent to the product value and the shipping fees you paid, which can be used toward future purchases.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns of:

Opened or partially used supplements

Products with broken or tampered seals

Items purchased during sales or promotions

Please contact us if you are unsure about the eligibility of your product for return.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive the correct item is to return the product (if eligible) and place a new order using your store credits once your return is approved.


Refunds / Store Credits

Please note that we do not offer cash or credit card refunds for returned items.
All eligible returns will be issued as store credits for the full value of the product (excluding shipping fees, unless the error was ours). Store credits can be used for future purchases and do not expire. Store credits will be credited to your wallet within 5 working days after approval.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval and send your store credit details via email.
